How does one stay ready for the work week, the whole week?
It's the end of our vacation and next Monday is the work week, again. I can get myself psyched out enough to get through Monday and Tuesday and stay happy enough, but once Wednesday hits I fizzle out. I have no energy to get up early and make a decent breakfast, much less make it out the door on time. Thursday night I feel sleepy at 5:30 pm and Friday night I'm exhausted.
Ideas?
Maybe I should do one of those Day in Life photo sets again. Last time that was helpful for me to see where all my time goes, and what I am doing, and what I would rather be doing.
Yah. I think I'll do that on Monday, if I remember. That way I can use what changes I come up with for Tuesday-Friday, and hopefully have an awesome work week.
