Another new cardiac transplant patient joined our program this week. Exciting, for sure. A ton of work for me, for sure.

Now that I've been a working RN for over a year, I'm starting to think about certifications. The cardiac and vascular certifications are pretty vast - but now I'm starting to think, what if continue doing heart failure for much longer, there are more specific ones geared towards coordinators, which is what I mainly do. Although it might be nice to just be broadly board certified - that way, if I ever do wish to do something different, I have a more marketable certification and something a bit less specific to keep up on each year.

We'll see. Something to ponder.
