newfangled computers

Well, I'm not too excited about work today. Trainin' the new peoples . . .

It's not my fault our computer system is not user friendly. You must learn it anyway.

Another thing, why do people say, "Well, it's easy for you to learn this, I mean, you grew up with computers."

Alright, I grew up with computers. That means the last 20 years, there have been computers. When I was five, you were twenty-five, which means you had time or money to go out and access and computer. When you were thirty-five, surely there had been computers around somewhere, wanting you to learn about them, waiting for you to type on them.
And most certainly the last ten years you would've had sufficient time catching up on using computers. You probably should've surpassed me with your mad computery skills. So what the crap are you talking about you don't know anything about computers.

I spent six months slaving around the nuances of this crappy computer system too, learning the quirks and how to navigate around the constant errors and ./'s and alt 4's and all that. So you will too. And you'll stop whining because it's been seven business days now.

And I'm wearing flowery happy scrubs to work, bahhh!! I will be flowery and positive and colorful today, dagnabbit!
