made a good friend over some tea and cookies, but only to find out she is moving to finally "retire" (she's 86!) in "Boca" (you know, that place in Florida). SO disappointing, I will miss her. she is sweeter than sweet.
even sweeter, she gives me two great gardening books from her collection, with all of her notes and little newspaper clippings taped into the leafs and blank pages.
it warms my heart.
i need to write a thank you card...
