Our church is old, mainly consists of senior citizens. There is what seems like a lot of our church members who are very sick right now and near death.
I think that it has been a difficult time for Josh, he knows and loves these people and now he is counseling and praying the families and these persons through the dying process.
I don't know what else to say about that right now, but it is interesting to see him learn and grow through this kind of hard experience. I know as a nurse I have held hands and talked a lot with families of dying patients, and that pastor relationship is pretty intense as well.
