Bad news:
-3 of my patients died pretty much all at once.

Okay news:
-The flowers one of the deceased patient's family left for us made me have an allergy attack and subsequently an asthma attack and subsequently I felt much worse than before the family had come to say thank you.

Bad news:
-Josh is in Oklahoma seeing his little brother graduate high school - and I can't be there. :(

Good news:
-Wii Fit comes out today and it's my birthday present to me!

Bad news:
-The gas station down the street says $4.08 for regular gasoline.

Good news:
-Josh and me have bicycles. That are freakin sweet.
