I was talking to a girl who's in nursing school (first semester) and she was like, "Yah! I totally finished my first test today! It was on the nursing process, from nursing fundamentals."
And I was all like, whoa. I don't even remember the nursing process. It's like:
Assess
Diagnose
something
something
something therapy
Evaluate.
I know I do it in my head all the time now just like second nature, but I don't need to memorize "the process" anymore. Man, I do NOT miss nursing school.
(For those curious, I looked it up, it's Assess, Diagnose, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.)
